Descriptions of the [Task Report Settings] Window

A Task report allows you to view in a single window the Task information, registered messages or files, or child-Task, etc. of a specific Task. The items to be contained in a Task report can be set in the [Task Report Settings] window.

The following explains each item in the [Task Report Settings] window.

Item Description
[View Task Report] button Clicking displays the Task report under the conditions set in the [Task Report Settings] window.
[Reset] button Clicking restores the previous settings.
[Close] button Click to close the [Task Report Settings] window and return to the previous window.
[Top Task] Displays the name of the Task from which the [Task Report Settings] window has been displayed. This Task is displayed in the Task report assuming that it is the uppermost parent-Task.
[Hierarchy Depth] From the drop-down list, select the hierarchy of the Task to be displayed in the Task report.
[Contents] Select the items of information to be contained in the Task report. Mark the checkboxes of the following items as needed.
[Task Info.]
Displays the planned start date and time, planned close date and time, date started, date closed, status, and progress of the Task.
However, [Date Started] and [Date Closed] appears when the Task Status is as follows.
  • [Date Started]
    Appears only when the Task Status is [Operating], [Re-operating] or [Completed].
  • Close Date
    Appears only when the Task Status is [Completed].
[Custom Task Attribute]
The custom attribute is the attribute defined by the user.
Displays the name and value of the custom task attribute if any is set.
[Participant List]
Lists all the Task participants.
[Outcome Document]
Displays the attachment files registered as the outcome documents.
[Message Registration Graph] Displays a graph whose vertical axis is the number of registered messages and whose horizontal axis is the registered date (modification date if modified). Specify the criteria for color-coding the messages.
[Message Attribute] Mark the checkboxes of the contents to be contained in the report. The [Output entire text] and [First part only] radio buttons specify the display method for the main text of the message. The message attribute is displayed as the setting in the [Set Message Attributes] window for the administrators.
When not defining message attribute, mark the checkbox of [No message attribute].
Selecting the [Output entire text] radio button displays in the Task report the entire main text.
Selecting the [First part only] radio button displays in the Task report the first 500 characters from the beginning of the text.
