About Access Permissions

Described below are the relationships between the roles of the Task administrators/participants and the access permissions for operations.

The "leader" and "Task administrator" are always granted "write permission", "read permission" (All), "connect/disconnect Task permission" (both).
They also have the permission to delete all the messages in the Task they are participating in.

About access permissions granted in Administrator mode

When the system is run in Administrator mode, the user is granted the same access permissions to all Tasks as those of the "Task administrator" or "leader".

Non-participants are the users of CollaboSpace who are not registered as none of members, Task creators, leaders, observers or Task administrators. The "Conceal" read permission can be set only to non-participants. When "Conceal" is set, all other permissions are "denied".
Frozen Tasks are not shown to any users in the [Task List] page, the [Task Structure] window, the [Period Schedule] page, and the [Task Report] window. However, in the [Task Place] page and the [Task Structure] window displayed from the [Task Place] page, only the information of the primary Task Place is displayed.
When an operation to change access permissions of "Other Users" is disabled in CollaboSpace Administrative Application, access permissions of "Other Users" cannot be set
When an operation to change access permissions of "Other Users" has been disabled in CollaboSpace Administrative Application before you complete the Task creation, the access permissions you have set for "Other Users" becomes invalid.
