Editing Bookmarks

[Portal] window allows you to create, change and remove your own bookmark links.

Displaying [Edit Bookmarks] Window

Operation

1. Click the ([Edit] icon) of the [Bookmarks] area in the [Portal] window.
   The [Edit Bookmarks] window appears.

Creating a New Bookmark

Operation

1. Click the [Create] button.
   The [Create New Bookmark] window appears.
2. Enter an arbitrary link name of the title in [Link Name] (required).
3. Enter a URL of the link destination in [URL] (required).
4. Click the [Create] button.
   The entries are temporarily saved and you will go back to the [Edit Bookmarks] window.

   Clicking the [Cancel] button takes you back to the [Edit Bookmarks] window without saving the entries.

5. Check the URL added in the bookmark list and click the [Save] button.
   The bookmark is registered and you will go back to the [Portal] window.

   Unless the [Save] button is clicked, the item is not registered as a bookmark.

Editing Bookmarks

Operation

1. In the [Edit Bookmarks] window, click ([Edit] icon) of the bookmark to edit.
   The [Edit Bookmark] window appears.
2. Enter an arbitrary link name of the title in [Link Name] (required).
3. Enter a URL of the link destination in [URL] (required).
4. Click the [Change] button.
   The entries are temporarily saved and you will go back to the [Edit Bookmarks] window.

   Clicking the [Cancel] button takes you back to the [Edit Bookmarks] window without saving the entries.

5. Check the changed URLs in the bookmark list and click the [Save] button.
   The bookmark is registered and you will go back to the [Portal] window.

   Unless the [Save] button is clicked, the bookmarks are not changed.

Changing the Order of Bookmarks

Operation

1. In the [Edit Bookmarks] window, mark the checkboxes of the bookmarks to change orders.
2. Click the [Up] or [Down] button.
   The order of bookmark is changed.

Deleting Bookmarks

Operation

1. In the [Edit Bookmarks] window, mark the checkboxes of the bookmarks to delete.
2. Click the [Delete] button.
   The selected bookmarks are removed from the list.
3. Click the [Save] button.
   You will go back to the [Portal] window.

   Unless the [Save] button is clicked, the bookmarks are not deleted.
