Accessing Each Function

The [Portal] window allows the logged-in user to access each of the available functions.

Accessing DocumentSpace

Operation
  1. In the [DocumentSpace] area of the [Portal] window, click the DocumentSpace link.
    The [Document List] window appears.

Accessing CollaboSpace

CollaboSpace may not be provided depending on the products you have installed.

Operation
  1. In the [CollaboSpace] area of the [Portal] window, click the CollaboSpace link.
    The CollaboSpace Top window appears.

Accessing Workflow

Workflow may not be provided depending on the products you have installed.

Operation
  1. In the [Workflow] area of the [Portal] window, click the link of any Workflow you wish to access.
    The top window of Workflow is displayed.

Accessing Bookmarks

Operation
  1. Click a bookmark link in the [Bookmarks] area in the [Portal] window.
    The destination registered as a bookmark appears.
